This lot grows best after a 2 to 4 hours soak. Grow for 14 days or more.

Cilantro microgreens were richest in terms of lutein and beta-carotene.
Best sprouting method:
Microgreen grown in soil. Slower growing.
Best with a 4 hours soak.
Stack with weight for 4 days.
Cover with moist paper towel between watering.
Water as normal.
