- To diffuse: ravintsara with the eucalyptus radiata which is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and coughs

- To diffuse to cheer up: lemon, mandarin & bergamot

- To diffuse (or to put on handkerchief) for the calming properties to breathe: lavender & mandarin.

- Italian helychrisum: calming, to relieve minor skin irritations.
