My warm drink that keeps me from getting sick!

 

In my mug:

 

  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice (made with my juicer or store-bought)
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (stimulates the immune system, a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory)

Add hot water and enjoy!

 

Oregano essential oil is also "a must" if you feel under the weather.
