Yellow smoothie for a beautiful skin

For 2 smoothies
• 2 cups of frozen mangos
• ½ cup of orange juice (2 orange and  
1 lemon freshly pressed)
• 1 ½ cup of water (or more depending 
of the desired consistency)
• 1 teaspoon of camu
• 1 teaspoon of horsetail or silica (capsules
of opened Florasil)
• 1 teaspoon of chia
• Optional: 1 teaspoon of syrup (or more to
soften the bitter taste)
• Optional: 1 teaspoon of ground pumpkin seeds 
(germinated or not) to add protein
Mix, and activate the regenerative
functions of your skin while drinking
your smoothie!
