Vega pumpkin protein smoothie!

Vega pumpkin protein smoothie!
• 2 cups coconut milk, vanilla unsweetened
(or plant milk that you have at home!)
• ¾ cups of pumpkin puree*  
• 1 portion protein powder Vega One Vanilla  
Chai or a mixture of home plant protein
• ½ cup ice cubes  
• ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon
What a nice texture and a nice color!

I encourage you to spice it up to your
taste, what a joy and a added value
delicacy!  I also included ½ teaspoon of
ginger juice (homemade but you can
also buy it) following the idea of Jean 
Dubé to strengthen the immune system
at the same time.

I also enjoy it hot (we then forget about ice?)

*A little trick from Julie Sicard to make
pumpkin puree without having to scoop
it out; cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it on the stove.
Put the pumpkin in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.  
Touch the pumpkin to see if it’s soft, if it is then it’s 
ready; cut and remove the flesh with a spoon while
 separating the seeds which you can now cook with 
oil and salt! Another delight!
