Superfood smoothie by Geneviève Grandbois
2 servings. .
• 2 bananas
• 1 handful of sprouted buckwheat (I buy it
dehydrated as you can keep it for a long time)
• 1 handful of buckwheat shoot (why buckwheat? 
It has a nice hazelnut taste but mainly very nutritious,
(rich in vitamins and minerals), antioxidant (youth)
high in protein, gluten free, could also be a prebiotic,
and it has an interesting effect on blood sugar and 
cholesterol).
• 5-6 almond (brazil nuts or pecan)
• 2 pears (or peaches, or frozen peaches)
• 1 tablespoon of chia (high in fiber; to have in your
pantry as it replaces eggs by molding them and putting
them in a quarter cup of water; please refer to the
recipe for banana bread)
• 1 tablespoon of hemp (magic ingredient; to add on 
fried kale)
• ginger (to your taste)
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Mix and drink.
