Here’s the powerful ingredients mixed together
as a comforting drink:
• 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger juice (or for the adventurous,
squeeze 4 inches of root into the “juicer”)
• 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon (I save the lemon skin when
I make the juice)
• 1 teaspoon of bee pollen (thank you to them!)
• Honey to taste
• 1 leaf of mint, optional!
Pour hot water over all and enjoy!
