Pour hot water over all and enjoy!

• 1 pear  
• 1 banana
• 2 cups of almond milk
• ¼ cup of carob
• maple syrup to taste
A wonder that always surprises my
guests! Ideal for a delicious morning or
for an afternoon feeding.

The potassium of the pear provides
energy, carob (a fruit that once milled and
roasted has the taste of cocoa) is rich in
essential minerals (calcium, phosphorus,
magnesium, silica, iron).

You can add nuts, nut butter and 1 teaspoon 
of maca to sustain even more.
Mix in a blender.
