Pecan & quinoa smoothie
• 2 pears
• ¼ cup quinoa flakes  
• ¼ cup pecan nuts
• 1 cup of vegetable milk (or more, if you like it more
liquid than consistent!)
• optional, drizzle of maple syrup
• nutmeg and grated ginger
A beautiful idea for morning awakening!
