- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 2-inch turmeric root (or turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Noma Shoyu (or gluten-free tamari sauce)
- 1 garlic glove (crushed)
- 1 tsp paprika
Mix all ingredients in a blender! Enjoy!
