EXQUISITE and HEALTY TAHINI SAUCE (for salads, vegetables or rolls)

EXQUISITE and HEALTY TAHINI SAUCE (for salads, vegetables or rolls)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 2-inch turmeric root (or turmeric powder)
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Noma Shoyu (or gluten-free tamari sauce)
  • 1 garlic glove (crushed)
  • 1 tsp paprika

Mix all ingredients in a blender! Enjoy!

With oven-baked sweet potato fries... Oh My! What a treat!!!

Other ideas: as a salad dressing, with rolls, as a dip that will amaze your guests!
