Delicious creamy plant milk (cashew nuts, flax), a real pleasure
• 1 cup of cashew, soaked for 4 hours and rinsed  
• 1/3 cup of Medjool dates  
• 1 teaspoon of ground flax
• 5 cups of filtered water
• A pinch of sea salt
• A small pinch of vanilla powder (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of organic raw maca
• 1 tablespoon of organic Matcha tea (activate the
blender lightly, just enough to mix but not too 
much to oxidize the fabulous Matcha?)
• 1 tablespoon of carob (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)

I tasted it and I wanted it again;
this kind of desire can’t lie!
How sweet of a milk it is, what a nice
feeling of this roundness in the mouth
and calming of all your senses.

Mix the first 6 ingredients until a smooth texture.
Then add:
• 1 teaspoon of organic raw maca
• 1 tablespoon of organic Matcha tea (activate the
blender lightly, just enough to mix but not too 
much to oxidize the fabulous Matcha?)

Or for my chocolate version:
• 1 tablespoon of carob
• 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
Can be kept up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
