  • 1 cup of soaked almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (I don’t use apple cider vinegar since Daniele Starenkyj told me that it wasn’t good for everyone)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Cumin (to taste)
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • Drizzle of olive oil (to obtain the desired texture)

Blend all ingredients in your food processor. On a serving tray or cutting board, attractively arrange your favorite food: red cabbage, greens, avocado, sauce, almond pâté etc. Serve with sauce.

Eat a variety of colors for biovitality! Our body must be balanced in order to be alkaline. It needs to get minerals and phytonutrients (color = nutrients).
