DAVID’S ALMOND HUMMUS

DAVID’S ALMOND HUMMUS
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) of almonds, unpeeled
  • 500 ml (2 cups) zucchini, peeld and chopped
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of tahini (sesame butter) raw if possible
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 90 ml (6 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) cumin
  • 7.5 ml (1 1/2 tsp) peppercorns

On the show Vive, David presented his hummus recipe with almonds, a great alternative.

Soak the almonds for 8 hours, then rinse well. Discard the water. Place all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a creamy and smooth paste.

On the show, David made rolls with rice and nori sheets served with vegetables and this almond hummus!
