Crunchy, Nutty Protein Bites

Perfect for the mother who doesn’t have time to cook!








  • 3/4 C of coconut sugar ( or for a less sweet version, 1/4 C of sugar and 1/2 C of ground mixed seeds : flax, hemp, chia, sunflower)
  • 3/4 C of maple syrup
  • 1 C nut or seed butter
  • 2 Tbsp vanille extract
  • 6 C of gluten free grains ( add more nuts for higher protein)
  • Dried Fruit to taste

On low heat, melt the sugar, syrup, nut butter and vanilla extract.

Remove from heat and combine with the gluten free grain, nuts/seeds and dried fruit as desired. Form balls or cookie shapes and enjoy!

As a more decadent option you can add melted chocolate and roll in sugar/sulphite free coconut flakes.
