Coconut Chia Pudding

Coconut Chia Pudding

For 2 people:

  • 1 C coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 crushed ripe banana
  • 1 tsp nut butter (almond, cashew…)
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • berries and nuts of choice
  • OPTION : 1 Tbsp coconut sugar, maple syrup or raw honey

Mix with a fork!

Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to obtain a thick, pudding-

like consistency. This is David’s Mason Jar version from the episode

"Winter Special".

  • 1/4 C chia
  • fruit ( frozen, fresh or dried, like mangoes)
  • nut milk
  • nuts and seeds of choices ( hemp hearts…)
  • vanilla bean (1 Tbsp of crushed pod)
  • sea salt to taste.
