Serving: 2 glasses
• 2 tablespoons of fresh grated turmeric, or
1 tablespoon of dry turmeric
• 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
• 3 cups of boiled water
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 2 tablespoon of honey(or more, upon taste)
• 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
• ¼ cup of fresh orange juice or concentrated
Infuse turmeric and ginger in
boiling water for 10 minutes.
Strain and then transfer into
your pitcher. Add remaining
ingredients and mix. Drink as
is or refrigerated if you like it
Can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator.
