Banana Chai smoothie

Banana Chai smoothie
• 1 banana
• Almond milk
• Nutmeg (to taste) or cinnamon
Add raw almond butter for more 
support, or cocoa and maple syrup, 
just for the pleasure!

Preparation:
Mix everything in the blender and grate
the nutmeg to garnish 
your drink (I love it fresh!)
