Audrey’s Energy Balls

Audrey’s Energy Balls
  • ¾ cup raw almonds
  • ¾ cup dates
  • ¼ cup dried apricots (brown apricots are sulfite-free)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Vega protein powder or your own mix (I like the chocolate flavor)
  • ½ tsp maca
  • ½ tsp hemp seed
  • 4 tbs coconut butter
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until you obtain a sticky texture. You can either roll into balls or pour into a Pyrex dish. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to set.
