Gently caring for your skin without harming it in a 100% natural way is a way to fight against pimples and keep your skin glowing.

However, we sometimes forget that certain everyday gestures can be detrimental to all the efforts made to keep or regain the well-being of our skin and avoid pimples.

Here are some ideas to remember:

Remove makeup before going to sleep

It's not easy, because when you come home late after a nice evening, all you want to do is jump into bed and fall into the arms of Morpheus as quickly as possible!

We want so much to skip the makeup removal step, but is it a good idea? If you don't want to damage your skin and prevent the appearance of pimples, it is essential to remove makeup from your face, because the skin of the face also needs to rest during the night, if it is obstructed, the pores will clog and it will not be able to breathe properly.

Makeup side

Without hesitation, change your traditional makeup for makeup with non-toxic ingredients, with unique and highly beneficial plant-based active ingredients, designed to be worn all day long and to nourish the skin without clogging it, such as the one offered by MJ, makeup that does not compromise on hold, texture and pigmentation.

Change the pillowcase more often

Bacteria, dust, oil, all this settles on the pillowcase, then on our face, which can clog the pores of the skin. Not to mention that we are in contact with it for several hours every night.

To keep your skin glowing and avoid pimples, you can change your pillowcase very often, like every 2-3 days.

If you have sensitive skin and are more prone to pimples, it may be a good idea to use a fragrance-free laundry soap and softener.

Avoid touching the face

Often when you have a pimple, the reflex is to want to touch it and/or otherwise have the habit of touching the face are ways that can proliferate bacteria in the face and thus cause pimples.

Regularly clean everything that touches the face

Anything that can become a nest for germs, for example: brushes, telephone, mask.

Reduce stress

Stress can often cause pimples to break out, according to a study (1) that examined the relationship between stress and the severity of acne in 144 female students, aged 22 to 24, attending a medical school in Saudi Arabia, regarding the association between stress and acne. The assessment was done using a questionnaire on the severity of acne in relation to stress using the Perceived Stress Scale. The results indicated an increase in stress severity strongly correlated with an increase in acne severity, which was statistically significant. Based on this study, it was concluded that stress is positively correlated with acne severity.

These few tips for taking care of your skin with patience and gentleness will definitely yield beautiful results.
