Here’s my little ancestral cottage, all renovated and ready to welcome you as a guest!

I fell in love with this abandoned ancestral home the second I saw it. For months, we gave everything we could to spruce it up and bring back its homey aura. I can’t put in words how wonderful it feels to be in it now! Since I don’t want to get rid of it, I thought I would keep it as a lodge. 

There are two rooms under the mansard roof (in the big one; a king-size bed and a single bed, and in the small one; a double bed), a bathroom, a washing room, a roof terrace, a living room where a beautiful piano sits, a dining room with an antique table, and a 4-season solarium that lets you enjoy the sun. Let it caress your cheeks as you rest on the day bed inside the room, and admire the way rays illuminate the beautiful wooden wall next to you. As for the kitchen, the restored stove is there to accompany those fun-filled evenings with loved ones. Nearby, you’ll also find a juicer to help you make my must-try lemonade or any juice you need to boost your vitality. 

It might be 15 minutes away from Quartier DIX30 and 30 minutes away from Downtown Montreal, but the cottage is set in the countryside, surrounded by streams and horses.
