Essential oils touch us by their olfactory benevolence.  They interfere with our emotions and can positively influence our negative attitudes.

The many olfactory virtues of essential oils offer us a range of positive effects on our well-being, on our ability to better manage negative emotions such as anxiety attacks or stress.  Think of the smell of sweet orange essential oil to instantly trigger an emotion or memory.  Thanks to the power of essential oils and their scents that speak directly to our unconscious, the feeling of calm is immediate.

Find the one that reaches you, touches you and makes you feel good.  All you must do is breathe from the bottle and remain receptive to the emotions it brings you.  Then, to create your ideal fragrance, cut a sheet of blotting paper into strips and apply a drop of each essential oil chosen on the tip of the strip.  Fan out, inhale the total and adjust the chosen concentrations, depending on how you feel.

Note the number of drops for each oil that you will blend. In a small, recycled container for essential oils, put your blend in, (with a sense of love and gratitude for what they will bring you) and let it sit for a few days.

When your perfume is ready, put a few drops on a handkerchief (if the E. O. chosen are dermocaustic), on the wrists, the back of the neck, the solar plexus to benefit from the fragrance.
