  • Foods High in Sugar: Banana, melons, papaya, mango, pineapple, kiwi, dates, figs, dried fruit, fruit juice, carob fruit, parsnip, turnip, white potatoes
  • Inflammatory Foods: Wheat, spelt, kamut, barley, semolina, pork, tofu, sugar, beef, corn, dairy products
  • Foods that Encourage Mold: cashews, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, soya sauce, coffee, alcohol, maple syrup, pasteurized honey, commercial vegetable oils ( canola, soja, safflower), commercial cereals



  • Eat 100% organic OR wash your fruits and vegetables with a veggie soap before eating
  • Alcaline food, especially cruciferous vegetables: cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower, brocoli and green leafy vegetables: kale, arugula, spinach, romaine lettuce
  • Living Foods: sprouts, berries, raw vegetables (celery, asparagus, fennel, cucumber, pepper, avocado, tomato, lemon, lime)
  • Anti-inflammatory Foods: ginger, turmeric, freshly ground flax seeds
  • Raw nuts and seeds
  • Seaweed: nori, kombu, kelp, dulse, wakame
  • Legumes: sprouted or cooked
  • Coconut oil 
  • Expeller pressed flax ( do not heat), sunflower and olive oil
  • Filtered water ( not from plastic bottles!)
  • Place plants around your home and at work for cleaner air and to reduce allergens


  • Bee Pollen : 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp/day - 10 minute before meals
  • Chickweed - drunk as an infusion
  • Chlorophyll - 5mL 1 -2x/day
  • Wheatgrass : 1 - 4oz/day
