Even though your body will always be dependant on Vitamin B12 injections, you can safely explore more vegetarian and even vegan options, if so desired.

 

Every day, you should consume more leafy green vegetables ( kale, swiss chard, collard greens, arugula..), whole grains and legumes in order to maintain levels of folic acid.
